(1) Brother Ming-ying Lin, Fujian Province, P. R. China

Brother Lin Was beaten to death by Chinese police because of his refusal to
join the official church on December 9, 1996. According to the letter with
his wife's signature, the local police offered RMB 20000 (US $3000) to
cover-up.

(2) Pastor Gong, Dali (Gong, Shengliang), 50, lived in Group Four of Gong Ying village in Xuzhai County in Zao Yang City of Hubei province.  He was arrested by the Zhong Xiang Bureau of Public Security (Zhong Xiang shi gong an ju) in Hubei province on August 8^th, 2001 and was sentenced to death in December, 2001 by the Middle Court of Jingmen City in Hubei province with the accusation of sabotaging the laws of the country, raping and assault with a cult.  Now His whereabout is unknown.

The three letters by three women who were forced and falsely testified that they were raped by pastor Gong Shengliang

(3) Li, Ying, 30, lived in Group Two (not clear) of Xu Zhai county Zao Yang City of Hubei province.  She was arrested in May 2001 by the Zhong Xiang Public Security Bureau of Hubei province.  On December 5^th 2001 she was sentenced to death with two-year reprieve by the Middle Court of Jingmen City in Hubei province with an accusation of sabotaging the laws of the country and assault.  Now she is jailed in the Jingmen detention center of Hubei province.
