The Success
of State Terrorism Means the Mainstream of Mankind Walking Astray
First of all, I would like to
express my deep thanks for Professor Nathan’s long-term support to the justice
cause of the Chinese people due his strong sense of moral responsibility. I was
very excited at learning that generals-in-future from the US Military Academy of
West Point wanted to know the religious suppression in China as well as it's
international background. Thank you so much for your concern about this
important issue.
It is distorting and ironic to human conscience and justice that when the whole world went on anti-terror campaign because of the bloody attack on innocent people by various terrorist groups, the Communist Chinese government who killed tens of millions of Chinese did not get any condemnation or criticism from the international society, that they are playing as an anti-terrorist on the international stage, and that they are still using “state terrorism” to rule over one fifth of the world’s population.
While the world is concentrating on anti-terrorism against just small groups, being in fear of super-terrorist like China, it makes one wonder if the 21st century will see more injustice and darkness ruling the world. It is sad to see that many nations not only encourage the succeeded super-terrorists but also they are eager to share the economic benefits of such terrorist regime.
Without question, the tolerance
and purposely "ignoring" the state terrorism by the international
society have led to the growth of terrorist all over the world. It gave the
terrorists incentive and strengthened their confidence. To some extent, this has
become the source of the modern terrorism.
There
is no difference in the nature of terrorism carried out by the Chinese
government and others. They are all
based on narrow nationalism and personal ambition of a few insane leaders of the
movement. The only difference is
that the Chinese Communist government succeeded so that they can carry out
terrorism actions under the guise of “national law”, and the others are
still struggling using terrorism as a means to advance their cause to establish
their own government in order to “legalize” all terror activities in the
name of “internal affairs”. The success
of state terrorism means the mainstream of mankind walking astray.
How precious and vulnerable is
human life! How important are human dignity and will! However, to achieve
their evil purposes, terrorists threaten people, destroy human lives, depreciate
human dignity, and deprive off human will.
I am the chairman of the Committee
for Investigation on Persecution of Religion in China. We do not have any
political agenda, and religious freedom and free of persecution are our only
goal. However, after the ending of the cold war, people seem lost direction. The
traditional values have been seriously challenged. The boundary between enemy
and friends become more and more fuzzy, while everyone’s own interests become
the center more and more. The mainstream of human society seems lost the moral
responsibility. People's conscience has been poisoned by money. The war has
never stopped: only the commercial trade and market have replaced the bullets
and battlefield. About China, the outside people have no way to know what is
happening there everyday other than the tactical propaganda out of media's
market concern. What I am going to tell you today, my friends, is the facts
taking place in China.
The facts may surprise you. They
may make you shocked, feel intolerable and realize how important your
responsibility is, because you are not only the future of America, but also the
elite of mankind. There are tens of millions of Chinese house church Christians
are not living under the protection of China's Constitution, rather they are
struggling under horrible "national secrets". In the near future, you
will have to face this vicious group that has been armed by the US
"strategic relation" and trade policies to be able to severely
jeopardize the world peace.
I love my country and people. I
believe in God. Because of this, I'm not scared of the strong evil power and
dare to make it known to the world the facts of how the state terrorists
persecute the people. There are many facts on our web sites, www.china21.org or
www.religiousfreedomforchina.org. Please visit our site. Unfortunately, due to
the lack of manpower as well as budget we cannot translate more facts into
English.
A lot of facts prove that the
severity and scope of the religion persecution by the Chinese government has
exceeded the traditional political persecution. Moreover, they have made this
trend extended to the territory of the United States by means of trade and
exchange using the strategic thinking of cold war. There is a Chinese saying
called "invite the wolf into home". This saying is very philosophical
and worth the Americans to ponder. Is it true that the 9-11 terrorists learned
how to fly airplanes from the Americans by paying them?
The Notice From the Religious Affair Department, the Public
Security Bureau of Baoding City, about Running a Thorough Investigation on the
City’s Overseas Religious Workers should cause particular attentions from
the international society, because without close collaboration from the Chinese
spying agents in foreign countries, it is impossible to carry out such
investigations.
There has been a foreign
government utilizing the advantages of US laws and the over confidence of the
Americans to foster the Pro-Chinese Communist power and develop “secret
force”. This foreign government controls the reorganizing of the Chinese
community in the US, controls the Chinese media here, violating the freedom of
speech and publication entitled by the first amendment of the US Constitution.
It engages in various open as well as secret activities to extend the shadow of
state terrorism to the hearts of the overseas Chinese by the means of
wiretapping and video-taping, watching, harassing, stalking and threatening. I
believe the United States should establish some law or resolution to conduct
effective investigation on such terror activities of state terrorism and its
“secret force” in US.
Nowadays, all activities of
conscience and justice in the States have been under tight surveillance and
threat of this secret force which makes us as living beyond the protection of
the American laws. The overseas
Chinese have to submit themselves under the will of the Chinese Communist for a
peaceful life. Otherwise, one may
have to pay a dear price. The
"legal activities" of the secret forces have made my home lost its
peace and security as the normal ones. We
had to spent tens thousands dollars for our security and safety.
That is why the overseas Chinese
are very cautious, same are the Americans who have their interest with China.
No one dares to touch the topic of religion and human rights, which is
resented by the Chinese Communists. This
is a great sadness for the Chinese, also a small misfortune for the Americans.
I hope this trend will not lead to the true sorrow of the America and
human race in the new century.

the Chinese house church Christians have been tortured to death, forced to
gather and worship in the underground tunnels and caves, woods and wild fields
to avoid persecution, as well as the anti-terrorism photos in New York.
These anti-terrorism photos reveal that, even on the US territory, the
Chinese Communist would not allow the exposure of the persecution facts. These
secret forces think they have the right and ability to carry out the Communist
terrorism policy in the States. However,
their right did not come from the Chinese government, rather from the Americans
who have failed to see the potential threat to themselves and who have been
focused just on their own interests up in front.
Friends, in your colorful dreams
of the future, at the Hudson River bank which has fostered so many generations
of the great people in the past two centuries, in your military career ahead,
for the honor of your country, please do not forget the state terrorism and
religious persecution in China. Please tell these truths to your schoolmates and
teachers, your family and friends.
The Bible says: “Remember those
in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as
if you yourself were suffering.”
