“We Are State Protection Team to Deal Especially with You God-believers!”

In the afternoon on November 27^th, 2002, Evangelist Qiao Chen was arrested from his home in Xieji Town, Liangyuan District, Shangqiu City, Henan Province.

In that afternoon, right after he got home from preaching, the Town Police Precinct Party Director Yawei Cui led three police came to his home and arrested him to the precinct. The police ordered him knelt down on the ground. Then Director Cui called the County Police Department State Protection Team. After half an hour, the State Protection Team Associate Director Baosheng He led several police arriving. He shouted at Qiao Chen, “We are State Protection Team to deal especially with you God-believers!” Then the police started to interrogate him. Seeing he refused to tell any thing, the police cuffed him in the yard to let him stand in 14^oF for about three hours.

In the evening, the police took him to the State Protection Team. The team director Jinlong Chen abused him at seeing him, “Shxx! Kneel down! Where is your spiritual book?...” At this moment, Chen’s head started to shake and could not stop. The police had to stop the interrogation.

In the afternoon on 29^th, the police collected 300 RMB from him and then set him free who had been starved for two days.
