More Than 100 Days Passed, and She Was Still Behind the Bars

 

In the afternoon on February 25th, 2003, a police car stopped in front of Yaqin Jiang’s home in Beisanjia Town, Qingyuan County, Wushun City, Liaoning Province. Three policemen jumped out of the car and quickly, they arrested a woman, pushed into the car and ran away.

 

That woman was Xiuling Zhao, 37, from Nankouqian Town. She was sharing the gospel at Jiang’s home. The town police got a report and Chief hongfa Yi led two others rush to Jiang’s home. The police took away all the books, a small tape player and several gospel tapes, and then took her to the police station. She was interrogated and then sent to Dasagou Detention Center on the next day. More than 100 days passed, and she was still behind the bars. When could she have freedom again?
