The Helpless Family Could Only Ask Themselves “What Actual Is Actual Cult?”

On March 8^th, 2003, Evangelist Weiren Li, from Xingfu Town, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province, was arrested in Haerbin City and sentenced to one year in labor camp because of “believing in cult”.

In that morning, “Justification though Faith” House Church Evangelist Weiren Li went to share the gospel at Shujie Wang’s home in Building 31, Heqing Street, Haerbin City. The local police broke into the house and arrested him. Later, he was charged with “believing in cult” and sentenced to one year in labor camp. Then he was sent to Haerbin City Wanjia Labor Camp.

His family did not know any thing about this until during middle April when he asked someone to send a letter to his family. His family was so surprised that he was in jail already and charged with “cult” just because he believed in God. But what could they do? The helpless family could only ask themselves “What actual is cult?”
