The Police Even Falsely Charged Her “Having an Affair” and Later “Participating in Cult’s Illegal Activities”

Guilian Jia, living in Xigang District, and Qingfang Ma, living in Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, were both evangelists. In the morning on February 12^th, 2003, they went to preach the gospel at Xinlan Li’s home in Zhongshan District. The building manager reported them to the police and they were taken to Guilin Street Police Station. The police intimidated them to confess for their leaders and their preaching activities. But the two sisters did not tell any thing. Then the police even falsely charged Sister Jia having an affair.

Later, the two were sent to Dalian Detention Center under the charge of “disturbing social order”. Qingfang Ma was released in March. Guilian Jia was sentenced to two years in labor camp under the charge of “participating in cult’s illegal activities” on March 28^th. She is serving her sentence in Dalian Labor Camp.
