Dear Respected Chairman Hatch:
Because you are holding this important position, I am writing to you
again to cause your attention about hidden terror activities by the Chinese
Communists’ “secret force” to intimidate the Christians in the US who are
engaged in revealing to the world about the brutal religion persecution in
China. Under the threats from their motherland, the several million Chinese in
the US do not care about the US but are in fear of the Chinese Communist Party.
We believe that this strange phenomenon indicates a potential threat and the US
interests have been severely compromised.
Our organization aims at promoting religion freedom in China. I am the
founder. I was sent to the largest labor camp together with my parents when I
was eight in 1960, where I spent 20 years. I grew in great fear and God helped
me out of that horrible place. Now God brought me to the US to take this
ministry. Since it was founded in
the fall of 2000, the committee members and myself quickly realized that we
could no longer live a normal life. Either secretly or openly, the “secret
force” of the Chinese Communists in the US has carried out many
terrorism-style threatening activities against the Christians working for this
committee and myself. Our life is
severely interrupted by the “secret force”. For example, my telephone has
been tapped, the people close to me have been tailed and intimidated (please see
the attached photos). Although it is difficult to collect evidence about their
terror activities, the fact is that these activities have put my family into an
“unpredictably” dangerous situation, and made us feel we are living on
American soils but without the protection of the United States laws because we
did not receive any protection from the US government after I had reported this
issue. Then I had to put “Anti-Terror” signs in both English and Chinese on
the windows, thinking at least someone in the community would connect with
“anti-terror” if something will happen. I have
already had to spend about $20,000 ~ $30,000 in security measures.
Some of the ways the US government deals with China are not appropriate and compromise the US moral image. These ways facilitate the Chinese Communist Party’s activities in the US but do not protect those engaged in justice cause, making them to submit to the Chinese Communist Party. But at the end, the US is the one who gets hurt because the Chinese Communist Party will win the war in its enemy’s country without a single bullet. There are no two wins between the justice and evil. Currently, the Chinese Communist Party is trying to control everyone having relationship with China by various “public or secret” means. Their goal is to make everyone to submit to them and work for them. They almost reach this goal. Anyone refusing to submit may pay “unimaginable” price. Back several years ago, the evil power could prevail only in few communism countries. However, nowadays, the Chinese Communists not only have successfully established or helped to establish state terrorism in China, North Korea, Vietnam, and other countries, but also have extended such evil power to the US and other countries. This is not only a great tragedy for the Chinese people but also a big loss of human righteousness. Does such success of state terrorism mean the mainstream of mankind walking astray?
In the 1930’s, some of the major US industrialists directly helped to boost the German economy while trying to make fortune there. Standard Oil developed and financed Germany’s synthetic fuel program to produce leaded gas – essential for modern mechanized warfare. The employees of Curtiss-Wright taught dive-bombing to Hitler’s Luftwaffe by demonstrating the technique in air shows, which effectively enhanced the German Air Force’s targeting ability. Without the help from the US industrialists, Hitler might never have been able to wage World War II, which cost the US 400,000 young lives, 670,000 handicapped soldiers and $300 billion.
The old Nazis tried to gain so called “survival space” by killing foreigners; the present Nazis – the Chinese Communists – have been trying to obtain their goals by slaving their own people through “internal affairs” and poisoning the foreigners’ conscience. This soul-winning strategy using interests and money without fire smoke and bayonets will surely destroy the whole civilized world because it will destroy the foundations of all human conscience and erode human souls. As the consequence, the evil power will prevail over the righteousness and the whole world will become the same as the current China where morality is just for propaganda but not for practice. If the Americans lose this battle, the cost will be much more than that of World War II because what will be lost are the values for which the Americans have been fighting, bleeding and dying in the past several hundred years!
The
Chinese Communist regime took the success of joining the World Trade
Organization, the dramatic increasing of the US investment and winning the
2008’s Olympics as the awards from the international society. Therefore,
instead of loosing religion persecution, they have taken the advantages of these
events to further the persecution course. Our websites www.china21.org
carry a lot more information about the persecution facts and the related
governmental secret documents. Since October 2002, we have been reporting every
day a new case about the Chinese police persecuting believers by arresting,
extorting or torturing. Because of
lack of manpower and fund, we cannot translate all the reports into English.
In the past two years, we have collected numerous cases of religion persecution by the Chinese government. The fact is that tens of millions of house church Christians in China are not protected by Article 36 of the Chinese Constitution, which guarantees religious freedom for its citizens. Instead, they are struggling silently for survive under the horrible “state secret documents”. Starting in the fall of year 2000, we have mobilized about 20,000 Christians in China to visit and interview over 560,000 house church believers in 207 cities in 22 provinces. According to our investigation, it can be estimated that since the opening of China in early 1980’s, among over 60 million house church believers, 2,700,000 have been arbitrarily arrested, 440,000 sentenced to labor reform, 200,000 forced to flee from home, 10,000 tortured to death, 20,000 permanently disabled due to torture, 750 publicly wanted, 130,000 under house arrest and 1,120,000 heavily fined. We are sure that these numbers are conservative, because many who were interviewed did not dare to speak out because of the fear of further persecution.
To
illustrate the truth, we are presenting to you some photographs and several
Chinese governmental documents carried out of China by some Christians risking
their lives. The photographs show the house church Christians tortured to death,
or forced to meet underground, in caves, dense forests or the wilderness. The

We
think that Document No. 73 should cause special attention from the international
society. Without the collaboration of the Chinese governmental overseas
“secret force”, it is impossible to have such investigation done only inside
the Chinese territory.
The Bible says, “Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow
prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourself were suffering.”
The religion persecution in China has already been made known to the whole
world. Please give your helping hands, publish the facts, remark on these brutal
persecutions, or hold hearings. Please help the Christians in the US who are
under the threat of the “secret force” because their involvement in our
ministry. To deal with the “secret force”, we have to avoid meet in public,
not talk important issues through the phone, not go out side after dark, and use
code language in e-mails. We live like in enemy-occupied territory. You can see
how urgently we need your help!
