labor camp and labeled a “child criminal against
the Revolution.” Li is now working to document
v00 cases of persecution against Christians in

The men in this picture died in a Chinese prison
camp—all except one. The survivor is holding this
photo to remind the world that the Chinese government,
at the highest levels, continues to harass,
arrest, torture, and kill people for their political and
religious beliefs—especially Christians. Li Shi-xiong
has documented 22,000 cases to prove that
the ‘new’ China is up to its old repressive tricks.
